By accessing or using PayPe Technologies ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. 👤 User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. 💰 Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Failed payments may result in service suspension.

4. ✅ Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Build apps that violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Create, distribute, or host illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
• Conduct phishing, scamming, or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services.
• Resell or sublicense the platform without written permission.

5. 🏗️ Your Apps & Content

• You retain ownership of apps and content you create.
• You grant us a license to host, display, and operate your apps.
• You are solely responsible for your app's content and compliance.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

6. 🔄 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

7. 🚫 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

You may cancel your account at any time from Account Settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users via email or platform notification 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. 📍 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. This agreement is governed by the laws of India and the Companies Act, 2013.
